We distil our very own gin on premises. We also feature the region's best wine list, beer on tap and a range of delicious cocktails.
Visiting the Distillery
When are you open?
We open seven days a week. Monday-Wednesday 3pm-Late. Thursday-Sunday 12pm-Late.
Do you take bookings?
Yes, we recommend booking if you intend to dine with us. For bookings of eleven or more please Contact Us Here
Do you do Gift Vouchers?
Yes, you can visit us at the Distillery to buy vouchers or email us the details to hello@wharfst.com.au
Just let us know the amount, who the recipient is and your phone number so we can give you a call.
Can we BYO?
No, we don't allow BYO. We have an extensive beverage list and also distil our own spirits on premises. Our wines range from $9 to $330 so we have something for everyone.
Can we bring a cake?
Sure, you can bring a cake along. We charge a $3 per person 'cakeage' fee. We will store it, slice it, serve it, wash up afterwards and re-box it for you. We can even sing songs!
Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?
We can do our best. Make sure you mention your specific dietary requirements when booking and also the severity of any issues. Our kitchen prepares nuts, grains, seafood, meat, spices, dairy ... pretty much everything, everyday. So we need some warning!
Is there a surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays?
Yes, we charge a surcharge of 15% on Sundays and 20% on Public Holidays. This helps us a little in paying our awesome team their well-deserved penalty rates.
Can we split our bill?
Sure. We have the ability to split your bill by a dollar amount, but not by the individual items you had. It's simple; we print the bill, you work out how much you'd like to pay, and pay that amount with the cashier.

Can we have our wedding at Wharf St?
The two-level design of our venue makes it difficult to host a traditional wedding reception. If you are looking for a Canapé and Drinks style function, we can do it. Wedding enquiries are by appointment only and you must buy out the entire venue for the day.
Do you do Distillery Tours?
We don't. We do a fantastic gin tasting paddle with step-by-step tasting notes for $26. Also, our staff are a wealth of gin knowledge that can guide you through our award winning gins.
