When are you open?

We open seven days a week. Monday - Sunday 12pm-Late.

When is Happy Hour?

Open tab

Happy Hour goes off every weekday, 3-6pm. Happy Hour Drinks include:

  • Wharf St. Citrus, Pigface, Oyster Shell & Navy Gins $8
  • Wharf St Barrel Aged Gin $14
  • Tap Beers $9 a schooner
  • House wines marked with a (H) on the menu $8

Happy Hour does not run on Weekends or Public Holiday's

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Yes, you can visit us at the Distillery to buy vouchers or email us the details to hello@wharfst.com.au

Just let us know the amount, who the recipient is and your phone number so we can give you a call.

Can we BYO?

No, we don’t allow BYO. We have an extensive beverage list and distill our own spirits on-site. Our wines range from $9 to $280, so there’s something for everyone.

Can we bring a cake?

You’re welcome to bring your own cake. Please note we charge a $3 per person “cakeage” fee to cover storage, slicing, serving, cleanup, and re-boxing. We can even sing songs if you’d like!

Can we bring our dog?

We do our best to accommodate dogs whenever possible. However, we only have one outdoor table suitable for guests with dogs. In case of rain or strong winds, this table may not be available, and we may be unable to host dogs. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know when you book, and we will confirm whether it can be arranged.

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?

We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. When booking, please specify any specific requirements and the severity of any allergies or restrictions. Our kitchen regularly handles a wide variety of ingredients—including nuts, grains, seafood, meat, dairy, and spices—so we need advance notice to prepare safely and appropriately.

Is there a surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays?

Yes, we charge a surcharge of 15% on Sundays and 20% on Public Holidays. This helps us a little in paying our awesome team their well-deserved penalty rates.

Can we split our bill?

Sure. We can split the bill, but be patient if there is a lot of you!

Can we hire part or all of your venue?

Can we have our wedding at Wharf St?

The two-level design of our venue makes it difficult to host a traditional wedding reception. If you are looking for a Canapé and Drinks style function, we can do it. Wedding enquiries are by appointment only and you must buy out the entire venue for the day.

Do you do Distillery Tours?

We don't. We do a fantastic gin tasting paddle with step-by-step tasting notes for $26. Also, our staff are a wealth of gin knowledge that can guide you through our award winning gins. If you buy a Gin Paddle and then decide to buy a bottle of gin to take home, the Gin Paddle is complimentary.
