Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you supply your email address when you place your order you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Australia Post for shipping and are subject to potential delays due to high volume and service issues out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australian addresses. 

Local delivery

We don't offer local delivery. 

In-store pickup

We offer in-store pickup at no cost. Select pickup at checkout. Pickups are usually ready in 4 hours.

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, ff you supplied your email address when you place your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@wharfst.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
