Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with seal, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Treat Gift Vouchers like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen cards will not be replaced. Not redeemable for cash. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wharf St. Distillery is final. Wharf St. Distillery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This card is only valid for use at Wharf St. Distillery.
1. Validity: A Wharf St. Gift Voucher is valid for use until the expiry date specified on the voucher or by the applicable law, whichever comes first.
2. Redemption: A Wharf St. Gift Voucher can be redeemed for goods up to the value stated on the voucher at participating outlets in Australia. Redemption may be subject to availability. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods
3. No Cash Redemption: A Wharf St. Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
4. Loss or Theft: Wharf St. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers or any unauthorised use.
5. Transferability: A Wharf St. Gift Voucher is transferable, but resale or unauthorised transfer is prohibited.
6. No Refund: No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for a Gift Voucher once it has been issued, except as required by law.
7. Validity Extensions: Validity extensions or changes to these terms and conditions are at the discretion of the issuer and may be subject to additional fees.
8. Expiration: Any unused balance on a Wharf St. Gift Voucher will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.
9. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Wharf St. is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by the holder or any third party in connection with the use of a Gift Voucher.
10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the issuer.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Australia where the issuer is registered.

14. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a Gift Voucher will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Australia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Event Refunds & transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us, you’ll be offered a refund or alternative in line with Australian Consumer Law. Name changes are free. You’re welcome to resell at face value (NSW cap: up to +10% including allowable fees).
