You asked and we have delivered! We’re turning up the flavour this September with a night we’ve all been hanging out for — the Mercer Wines Dinner.

On Thursday 11th September, we’ll be pouring five standout wines from Mercer, each matched with five creative courses from our kitchen. Expect vibrant, seasonal pairings that bring out the best in every glass.

Alison Mercer will be joining us on the night to guide you through the pours, share stories from the Hunter Valley, and give you a taste of what makes Mercer such a favourite among the Wharf St. team.

We’re especially excited for this one — Mercer is a team favourite at Wharf St., and with this likely being our final Wine Dinner of the year, it’s set to be an unforgettable evening.
