We’re hiring an experienced bartender to join the team at Wharf St. Distillery — one of the Mid North Coast’s leading cocktail destinations.
This isn’t a “pour beers and go home” gig. You’ll be working with housemade craft spirits, a busy venue, and a bar team that takes standards seriously — with full training to sharpen your speed, technique, palate, and presentation.

What we’re looking for (must-haves)
- Proven bartending experience, including cocktails (you can handle a busy service)
- Current RSA (NSW) — essential
- Availability for nights and weekends — essential
- A great smile, personable service, and the kind of energy guests remember
- Good banter and confidence talking to customers (without being cheesy)
- Reliable, fast, tidy, and a proper team player
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering consistent, high-quality cocktails and standout guest experiences
- Nailing prep: batching, garnishes, station setup, cleanliness, and speed
- Learning and representing Wharf St. Distillery’s spirits and signature serves
- Keeping service smooth by working closely with FOH + kitchen
