Join us for a special hosted wine dinner at Wharf St. Distillery, featuring Tom Ward, owner, winemaker and vigneron of Swinging Bridge Wines in Orange, NSW.
For one night only, Tom will guide guests through the story of Swinging Bridge — from the Ward family’s deep farming history in the Central West to the high-altitude vineyards and volcanic soils of Mount Canobolas that shape some of Orange’s most elegant cool-climate wines.
Recently nominated for Viticulturist of the Year in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion Awards, Tom is one of the leading voices in NSW wine, with a deep connection to vineyard, region and craft.
This intimate evening will feature four courses from the Wharf St. kitchen, each paired with a carefully selected Swinging Bridge wine. Expect a night of beautiful food, exquisite wine, regional storytelling and the chance to hear directly from the person behind the wines.
Swinging Bridge is known for wines that combine heritage, innovation and a deep respect for place. This dinner is a rare opportunity to experience that story in person, glass by glass and course by course.
